Active Fitness Medowie
We are a 24/7 fitness centre located in the heart of Medowie, New South Wales, Australia. We opened our doors in late 2020, We are a family owned, community focused facility that gives our members personalised support and encouragement.
Our goal is to be the community hub for Fitness and Wellbeing with exceptional customer service. Our facilities are the cleanest you will find anywhere with everyone’s health and safety our top priority.
We have no lock in contracts.
Everyone is welcome no matter where you are in your fitness journey
Offering a variety of exercise equipment and facilities to help individuals improve their physical fitness and overall health. This includes cardio equipment like treadmills and ellipticals, strength training equipment with free weights and pin loaded machines.
We have a large range of group fitness classes like Active Circuit, Spin, Active Pump, Yoga, Pilates and much more.
There are personal training services available as well, where clients can work one-on-one with a fitness professional to create a personalised workout program that meets their specific goals and needs.
Additionally, we offer amenities such as showers, change rooms, and even nutrition counselling to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Creche available from 9am – 11.30am Monday – Friday. Ages from 6 weeks to 12 years
